Privacy Policy

Routely (“Routely,” “we,” “us”) provides automated booking and dispatch software for home-service professionals, available at getroutely.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you request early access, we collect your email address and, if you provide it, your trade or profession and any notes you include.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and reliability purposes. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

When the full product launches. The Routely product will connect to your Google Calendar to provide booking and scheduling features. Before any such connection, you will be asked for explicit consent through Google’s authorization flow, and this policy will be updated to describe that data handling in detail. Routely’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use the information we collect to:

• manage the early-access waitlist and contact you about availability;
• send occasional updates about Routely’s launch and features;
• operate, secure, and improve our website and service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use trusted service providers to operate Routely: our website and application are hosted on Vercel, and waitlist and application data are stored with Supabase. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep early-access information until Routely launches and related communications are complete, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@getroutely.ai. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, California, or Virginia), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests accordingly.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy as Routely evolves — particularly when the full product with calendar integration launches. We will post the updated policy here with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify waitlist members by email.
