Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Routely website at getroutely.ai and the Routely early-access program. By using the site or submitting the early-access form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Routely is booking and dispatch software for home-service professionals. The product is currently in pre-launch. Joining the early-access waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, any particular launch date, pricing, or feature set. Pricing and features shown on the site are our current plans and may change before or after launch.

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that violates applicable law;
• submit false, misleading, or automated (bot) form submissions;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape or harvest data from the site for commercial purposes without our permission.

The Routely name, logo, website design, and all content on the site are owned by Routely and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial viewing of the site.

The site and early-access program are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routely and its founders, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the site or the early-access program. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold Routely harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time — particularly when the full product launches, at which point product-specific terms will apply. We will post updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
